Description

97477 | Zebra Z-Perform 2000T All-Temp — Thermal Transfer Paper Label with All-Temperature Permanent Adhesive

Zebra Z-Perform 2000T All-Temp is a White thermal transfer coated paper label with a 0.9 mil all-temp permanent acrylic adhesive. Its defining spec is a minimum application temperature of -20°F (-29°C), so labels can be applied to cold surfaces and inside freezers.

Zebra lists packaging material, frozen food, compliance labeling, laboratory specimen containers, and work-in-process as its applications. If labels will always be applied at 30°F (-1°C) or warmer, standard Z-Perform 2000T covers that range with the same service temperature. Choose a different material for outdoor labels or for exposure to alcohol, bleach, oils, or solvents.

Z-Perform 2000T All-Temp Features for Sub-Zero Label Application

  • Applies down to -20°F (-29°C): Operators can label product already in a freezer or cold room instead of labeling before it goes in.
  • -65°F to 200°F service range: Once applied, labels hold from -65°F to 200°F (-54°C to 93°C), covering frozen storage through warm handling.
  • Aggressive bond: On some surfaces Zebra tested, the adhesive bonds so strongly that the facestock rips before it releases.
  • FDA 175.105: Meets requirements for indirect food contact, which supports frozen food packaging.
  • Ribbon-matched printing: Zebra suggests its 6000, 2000, and 6100 ribbons.
  • Fanfold-ready topcoat: Zebra notes the topcoating is suitable for fanfolding.
