Your Account / Billing Questions
Do you offer billing accounts? (Net 30)
Yes! We do offer corporate billing accounts. We do require your first order to be placed with a credit card.. You will need to complete our standard application process and once approved, enjoy a myriad of benefits that comes with a corporate billing account. If you have prepared trade references, W-9 and standard corporate information, you can send that in as well. We look forward to working with you and your team!
Can I get a copy of my invoice/receipt?
When you completed your order, you were emailed an order confirmation within minutes. If you don't see it in your inbox, pleaese check your junk mail folders. This order confirmation is always sent to the email address that was entereed at the time of checkout. You can also login to your account on the website and always print out previous order receipts. We always recommend setting up an account online (not a billing account), where you can manage, review and track all of your order information.
I need to make a Return / Exchange.
Advanced Automation wants you to be pleased with your new purchase and if you need to return an item, we're certainly here to help. You can return many of the products offered by Advanced Automation, though you may see different return options depending on the item or reason for return. Please review the return and exchange policy. You are also able to initiate a Return Request through the link.

Do you offer better pricing?
- The short answer is "Yes we do." We do lead with great pricing up front, but can offer better pricing if you have larger volume. We also reward returning customers and loyalty for those that continue trust us.
- Order larger quantities of product(s). If you would like volume discount pricing, request it here.

Do you offer Reseller discounting?
We do not offer discounted pricing for resellers. Price discounting is still available throught the different means listed in the previous question directly above.

How can I get a quote or special pricing?

How can I place an order?
Do you ship outside the USA?
We currently only ship within the United States without restriction. We do ship to Canada, but require you to provide your own UPS or FedEx account number to use for shipping costs.
When will my order ship?
With distribution facilities located all across the country, Advanced Automation has you covered. Depending on the product and availability, we will always try to ship from the facility closest to your destination. The majority of our items ship same-day, as long as they are ordered before 3pm CST. Please refer to actual product availabilty for more detail. We can often ship past that, up until 5pm and the same goes for expedited shipments. For expedited shipments placed in the afternoon, we recommend you give us a call to ensure your product is available and that it's not past the cutoff. Being centrally located, we have the flexibility to support both sides of the country.
Where is my order at?
Can I use my own UPS / FedEx account?
Yes you can! During checkout, you will have the option to use your own FedEx or UPS account number. When you select this, we remove freight from your order and the carrier will in turn bill you directly. We do get very good shipping rates, but certainly understand your desire to keep us out of it. We don't like freight any more than you, but it is part of everything whether hidden in the price or not. We prefer to keep freight independent of price and give you more control over your overall costs.
