Advanced Automation is always looking for the right individual to join our team. From customer service or sales to repair technicians and support staff, we have a variety of positions that may be a good fit. SALES ASSOCIATE

As a sales associate you will assist with the selling of hardware, software and consumable supplies to both existing and prospective customers. You will be assisting with in the preparation of quotes, sourcing of products, providing product pricing and availability, researching customer accounts and provide sales support when needed. The ability to multi-task and be comfortable working over the phone or email is critical. Outstanding customer service, great communication skills, computer knowledge and organizational skills are a must. Being familiar with technology products or having knowledge of our industry is a bonus.

REPAIR TECHNICIAN

Our repair technicians primary responsibilities include the repair of thermal printers, both in-house and onsite. Candidate must be presentable and comfortable working in front others. Previous experience working with thermal (barcode) printers is ideal, but any technical or mechanical background would be sufficient. The ability to research and troubleshoot are helpful skills, as well as the ability to prioritize, communicate and be good with time management. Other aspects of this job include supporting the sales staff, handling service requests, remote technical support and supporting the warehouse staff.  

WAREHOUSE MANAGER

We are looking for an effective warehouse manager to orchestrate the daily activities of our warehouse operations. This includes the primary responsibilities of receiving, warehousing and distribution operations for a wide variety of products. The goal is to maintain inventory levels, ensure items are received and/or shipped in a timely matter and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly. This will be a “hands-on” position with the occasional lifting of large or heavy items. Other responsibilities include daily shipping duties, handling returns and the RMA process, issue work orders for incoming repairs, along with maintaining the physical condition and organization of the warehouse. Candidate will have experience with some or most of the following: Supervision, managing processes, inventory control, reporting skills, equipment maintenance, pick/pack/ship, Windows experience and ability to work with shipping system, good communicator and ability to work closely with others.
