30 Years of Service
Zebra Z-Ultimate 2000T labels are engineered for demanding industrial labeling environments where standard paper or economy synthetic materials are not durable enough. This glossy polyester label combines a high-performance Standard adhesive with thermal transfer printing to deliver strong barcode durability, high-heat resistance, and UL-recognized labeling performance.
Built for asset identification, top-side PCB labeling, automotive component tracking, and UL-certified product labeling, Z-Ultimate 2000T performs well in environments exposed to cleaning chemicals, manufacturing heat, and repeated handling.
Z-Ultimate 2000T is designed for labeling applications where long-term readability and adhesive performance are critical. The gloss polyester facestock provides excellent print clarity and durability, while the Standard adhesive supports reliable bonding to common industrial surfaces including stainless steel, polycarbonate, and polyethylene.
When paired with Zebra 6200 wax/resin or 5095/5100 resin ribbons, the material delivers strong resistance to scratching, smearing, cleaning chemicals, and heat exposure. Zebra specifically recommends the material for manufacturing operations where labels may encounter alcohol, ammonia, IPA, bleach, or elevated processing temperatures.
Recommended with Zebra 6200, 5095, or 5100 ribbons:
Test before deployment with grease, gasoline, or oil exposure.
