10023337 | Zebra Z-Supreme 4000T — Color-Coded Polyimide Thermal Transfer Labels for 572°F Electronics and Industrial Applications
Zebra Z-Supreme 4000T is a high-temperature thermal transfer label made from 2.7 mil coated polyimide with a 1.7 mil high-temp permanent acrylic adhesive on a 3.2 mil kraft liner. It is available in white, yellow and green, so high-heat labels can also carry a color code for part type, process stage, or status.
After application, the 4000T holds a continuous service range of -40°F to 356°F and withstands 500°F for 5 minutes or 572°F for 90 seconds. Printed with Zebra 5100 resin ribbon, it produces smear- and scratch-resistant print that stays legible after exposure to fuels, oils, grease, and common cleaning chemicals. The label is UL-recognized with 5100 ribbon, compatible with RoHS-compliant processes, and BPA and latex free.
Zebra designed the 4000T for electronics and manufacturing operations that need durable labels in extreme heat. Typical applications include top- and bottom-side PCB labels, color-coded product identification for parts that pass through high-temperature processing, automotive part labels, and UL-recognized labels for electrical equipment.
