T83X4-1200-2 | TSC T8000 Series — Industrial Thermal Transfer and Direct Thermal Label Printer
The TSC T8000 Series is a family of high-end industrial thermal label printers that print by direct thermal or thermal transfer. The series is offered in 4", 6" and 8" print widths at 203 dpi or 300 dpi. A die-cast aluminum frame, metal door and dual motor ribbon drive support continuous, high-volume production.
Manufacturing, distribution and warehouse operations use the T8000 for up to 15,000 labels per day. An optional ODV-2D integrated barcode verifier grades every barcode as it prints, and PrintNet Enterprise remote management is included. Together they give IT and operations teams verifiable output and centralized control across a printer fleet.

Verification, Connectivity and Integration Capabilities
ODV-2D integrated barcode verifier. The optional verifier grades all 1D and 2D barcodes on every label in any orthogonal orientation to ISO 15415, 15416 and 15426. Labels with bad barcodes are backed up and overstruck automatically, and the printer captures job grading reports for chargeback disputes and regulatory audits. The verifier has a scan width of up to 4" and works with the 4" and 6" models.
Networking and security. Serial RS-232, USB and 10/100Base-T Ethernet come standard. Optional dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac supports WPA2 Enterprise (AES CCMP) encryption and EAP-TLS, EAP-TTLS, PEAP and LEAP authentication. GPIO and parallel interfaces are also available as options.
Enterprise integration. The T8000 integrates with major ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle. PXML provides printer status and real-time label information to third-party software.
Operator usability. A 3.4" color display offers setup, print quality and self-help wizards. Side media loading and a large side window make it quick to check supply status.
