Brady B-342 PermaSleeve labels are designed to keep pace with production and maintenance environments where wire identification must be both fast and permanent. Operators can print sleeves up to 50 characters in length before shrinking, allowing flexibility in labeling complex wiring systems.
Once applied, the 3:1 shrink ratio ensures a tight, uniform fit around wires and cables. This eliminates the risk of labels slipping or rotating—common issues in control panels and wire harness assemblies.
The material’s resistance to chemicals, oils, and environmental exposure ensures that labels remain legible throughout the lifecycle of the equipment. This is critical in reducing rework and avoiding misidentification during maintenance or troubleshooting.
