The Brady THT-126-499-3 is a roll of 3,000 die-cut thermal transfer labels made from B-499 matte white nylon cloth. Each position carries two labels: a 0.9 in W x 0.5 in H rectangle for the vial or tube body and a 0.5 in diameter secondary circle for the cap. Brady specifies this format for 0.5 mL vials and tubes.
This SKU is the 3 in core version, built for Brady industrial benchtop printers including the BradyPrinter i5100, i6100, i7100, i7500, BBP81, IP Series, and PR Plus. Choose it when a sample needs a matching body and cap ID from one print. If you only need a side label, or your caps are smaller than 0.5 in, one of the configurations below is the better order.
What is the difference between THT-126-499-3 and THT-125-499-3?
Both are 0.9" x 0.5" B-499 nylon cloth labels on a 3" core. THT-126-499-3 adds a 0.5" diameter cap label to every set; THT-125-499-3 does not.
Which ribbon should I order with THT-126-499-3?
Brady recommends i75-R4306 for the i7500, IP-R4306 for the i5100 and IP Series, and R4306 for other compatible printers.
Will this roll run in my BBP81 or i7100?
Yes. Brady lists the BBP81, i5100, i6100, i7100, i7500, IP Series, PR Plus, and THT 3" core printers as compatible.
What vial size is THT-126-499-3 designed for?
Brady specifies it for 0.5 mL vials and tubes. For caps smaller than 0.5", order THT-163-499-3, which has a 0.375" cap dot.
Can these labels go in a freezer or autoclave?
The service range is -40 °F to 194 °F (-40 °C to 90 °C), and Brady lists B-499 as autoclavable. Check the B-499 Technical Data Sheet for your specific exposure conditions.
Does the i7500 need calibration for this roll?
No. With an i75-series ribbon, the i7500 reads the smart core and sets heat, speed, sensor, and mode automatically.
Nylon Cloth (B-499) wrap-around labels are highly pliable to conform to tightly curved surfaces such as wire and cable.
