Why don’t you sell hardware or products online?
- There are too many products, each with their own specific configurations to let the customer just “go it alone.” By working directly with someone from Advanced Automation, you can be sure you’re going to get the correct product that meets your exact needs the first time. There are too many pitfalls and traps that can make you wish you’d talked to somebody before you ordered.
Can you help service/repair my thermal printer or bar code scanner?
- In most cases, yes! Whether we actually perform the service or arrange service with a strategic 3rd party partner depends on the make and model of your printer or bar code scanner. We are the only Zebra Authorized Service Provider within Iowa or Nebraska that actually has a true presence. With regards to mobile computers/bar code scanners, due to manufacturer’s warranty policies, we are unable to physically work on the devices themselves. You can still rely on us as we’ll simply take care of the “dirty work” for you and handle everything.
What are my payment terms?
- We require a credit card on all purchases made from first time customers. First time customers do have the option of submitting a credit application for terms with submission of a purchase order. Repeat customers are extended a standard 30 day payment term for all orders with the submission of a purchase order.
How quickly will I receive my order?
- Orders placed prior to 1:00pm CST are guaranteed to ship out the same day providing the product(s) is in stock. The rate at with that product travels to you is completely up to you. All orders are shipped Best Way Ground unless otherwise specified. If you need something ASAP, you better ship it overnight!
