By far the most popular method of service and repair, Depot Service allows for cost reduction by eliminating the dreaded travel charge. It doesn’t always make sense to drive 2+ hours for a repair that takes less than an hour to perform. With Depot Service, you simply ship your thermal printer, mobile computer or bar code scanner to us and we’ll ship it back to you when the repair or maintenance is complete. Additionally, 90% of all thermal printer repairs are completed within an hours time so your printer will more than likely ship back out the same day we receive it! That means you’ll have the printer back within two days time! Unfortunately for mobile computers and bar code scanners, the turnaround isn’t quite as fast. Depending on the device and it’s potential problem, turnaround can be anywhere from a few days to a 5-10 business days.

Option #2 – On-Site Service

When Depot Service isn’t an option, Advanced Automation’s On-Site Service is available for you to leverage when needed. On-Site Service is only available for thermal printers and involves our thermal printer technicians coming your facility to perform the needed service. Our On-Site service is primarily available within Iowa and Eastern Nebraska, but not limited to. Advanced Automation technician come equipped with nearly all parts needed for the printers involved meaning you’ll likely be up and running before you know it!

Omaha/Lincoln On-Site Scheduled Service

If your business is located in the Omaha / Lincoln area and are interested in On-Site service, but don’t look forward to associated travel charges that occur, contact us immediately to join this exclusive program. The 2nd Thursday of every month(soon to include Friday), our team of thermal printer technicians will be available for On-Site Service & Repair without any travel charges as well as bargain priced hourly rate and discounted parts & print heads!
