Warehouse Automation gives you the capability of tracking your inventory and inventory related processes inside and outside your facility. Gain control over your inventory from the receiving door, to the rack or bin, and then to shipping. You'll always have real-time knowledge of the exact status and events of your warehouse any time you need it. Advanced Automation offers both hardware and software solutions, as well as customized applications and integration to your ERP/WMS software. You can automate every important inventory process, including receiving, put-away, storage, move, picking, packing, verifying and shipping. Warehouse automation puts real-time information at your fingertips, helping meet delivery demand, while eliminating errors.
►Receiving can operate with your existing purchase order system to import open order details. When an order is received, portable data terminals (mobile computers) are used to verify receipt and put-away product. Validation of the order number, part number, put-away location, and quantity reduces errors and speeds the receiving process.
►Maintain Inventory with powerful utilities providing cycle count capabilities, move and edit features, thereby allowing you to keep up with the demanding pace of your warehouse environment. Built-in reports and customer queries allow you to constantly monitor and manage your inventory.
►Picking can also operate as a stand-alone application or with your existing customer order system to import open order details. When an order is picked, portable data terminals again are used for validation of the part number, location, and quantity, eliminating errors and greatly increasing the efficiency of warehouse workers.
►Packing and Shipping validates order details and can generate shipping labels or integrate with a separate manifest system such as Clippership. Shipped orders and carrier information can then be sent to the host billing system for expedient and accurate invoicing to customers. Downloads & Resources:
